Terms for using the Viuzi client console, requesting quotes and accepting them, with the rights and duties of each party.
1. Scope
These terms govern the client account of viuzi.com and the use of the console to request quotes for software development services from VIUZI ESP, S.L..
2. Client account
To create an account you need a valid email, which we will verify. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the accuracy of the data you give us.
You can delete your account at any time from the console. Accepted requests are kept anonymised for the periods set by commercial and tax law.
3. Requests and quotes
Sending a request creates no obligation to contract. Viuzi will review the request and may send you a quote or close it stating the reason.
Every quote states its amount before VAT, the applicable VAT, the estimated timeline, the scope and its validity date. An expired quote cannot be accepted.
Accepting a quote in the console expresses your intention to contract under those conditions. The project is formalised with a services agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over the quote.
4. Proper use
The console may not be used to send unlawful content, to try to access data of other clients or to interfere with the service. Viuzi may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share in your requests and conversations as confidential, and only use it to prepare and carry out your project.
6. Changes to the terms
If we change these terms we will let you know by email and in the console. Requests in progress are governed by the terms in force when you sent them.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga, unless consumer legislation sets a different venue.
